SECTION 1 – APPLICABILITY

This Payment, Return and Refund Policy has been written for all our users, clients, buyers, and other users who have used the services from the website of Bolingo Communications and Media Consult LLC, www.books.bolingoconsult.com. This includes all customers from all parts of the world.

SECTION 2 – PAYMENT POLICY

The users will be able to pay for the products (Paperback and digital books, audios etc.) available on and through our website either through Credit Card, which  are the only Payment methods available through Bolingo Communications and Media Consult LLC’s website. We have the right to change, add or remove any payment gateway for our business. All of the payment platforms have their own rules and regulations for data collection and data processing policies which can be read by accessing the privacy policies of these payment platforms. You can follow the links for consulting the privacy policies of these platforms. 

Users and buyers can cancel an order. An order can be canceled within 120 hours of a purchase. 

SECTION 3 – RETURN

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Bolingo Communications and Media Consult LLC will accept the return of undamaged merchandise for a full refund, less any original shipping charges. Customers must ensure that the merchandise is packed for return in such a manner as not to incur damage during the shipping process.

If the item you have received is damaged in transit or defective, please photograph the item and any damage to the packing materials before discarding them, and contact us at business@bolingoconsult.com. We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. We do require that you return the defective item to us (we will provide a postage-paid label) in order to receive your credit/exchange.

Returns transactions must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

We require a receipt or sufficient transaction identification information (name, shipping address, date of purchase) to match you up in our online sales records in order to issue a refund or exchange.

Once the original merchandise is received, we will process your return request. You will receive an email confirmation with your return receipt, or an acknowledgement that your exchange is being processed. Any price difference will be billed to the credit card used for the original order & no additional shipping fees will apply. Please do not write credit card information on your receipt – our system encrypts sensitive card information for purposes of returns and exchanges.  If there are any problems we will contact you by e-mail address listed on your original order.

Please note: Returns may require 2-4 weeks for processing.

 SECTION 4 – REFUND PROCESS

Once your refund request has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in the client’s records, so before contacting us, the users and buyers of our services are requested to check with their respective credit card companies, banks, or other payment services.
